First of all congrats on being admitted to the university of texas at dallas. you will soon be a part of the Indian community here at UTD.
To make your transition smooth the Indian Students Association will be arranging for your pickup along with your temporary accommodation here at UTD.
Please make sure that you send us an email at UTD.ISA@GMAIL.COM clearly specifying if you need a pickup or temporary accommodation or both. Once we recieve
your request we will send you an acknowledgement and will make the necessary arrangements for your pickup/accommodation. Please note it is not possible for
us to identify in advance the person coming for the pickup/ the apartment where you will be staying so please refrain from sending us emails asking for either.
ISA has a 100% pickup record so you need not worry if there will be anyone to recieve you at the airport. Just make sure that you send us the detailed
itinerary along with the flight numbers and update us in case of any changes. It's always best to call up and let us know in case of any last minute changes. (you will find all the contact info listed below- note that this contact
info is expected to change so please check the isa website often for any updates)
Also to help us identify you at the airport upload a recent pc if possible. Last but not the least please do read all the information available
on the isa website.
